The Center for Investigative Reporting hosts the Bay Area premiere of "Dirty Business: 'Clean Coal' and the Battle for Our Energy Future" on January 6, 2011 at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California. The event is free and open to the public.
The Jan. 6 screening includes a panel discussion with filmmaker Peter Bull, Rainforest Action Network Executive Director Rebecca Tarbotton and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory carbon expert Dr. Julio Friedmann. The event kicks off a nationwide series of CIR-sponsored screenings of the film, an ongoing effort to promote public dialogue on America’s energy future.
